“I’m passionate about biofeedback. It’s an exciting tool to use with my clients. It provides real-time, immediate insight into how their body is responding to stress (emotional or physical). Developing this connection allows them the opportunity to “stop” and choose a reaction/response to whatever is going on. My goal is to provide my clients with tools that are effective, practical and life-long. I feel this is an important “piece of the puzzle” to creating, changing and maintaining our overall health!”
